Affiliate Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
This Affiliate Policy governs the relationship between Homeohub Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Homeohub”) and individuals or organizations (“Affiliate”) who participate in promoting Homeohub services. By applying to become an affiliate, the applicant agrees to comply with this policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL
Any individual or organization may apply to become an affiliate by submitting required details to Homeohub. Approval is solely at the discretion of Homeohub, and no person shall be considered an affiliate unless explicitly approved. Homeohub reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing any reason.
3. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP
Affiliates act as independent promoters and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Homeohub. The affiliate relationship does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Affiliates may be eligible for commission based on valid referrals, subject to internal policies and agreements defined by Homeohub. Commission eligibility shall arise only when the referred user successfully completes a valid transaction and complies with all applicable policies.
5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Affiliate payments may vary and shall be determined by Homeohub. Payments shall be made only after successful completion of services and fulfillment of all applicable conditions. In cases where refunds, money-back claims, disputes, or cancellations arise, the corresponding affiliate commission shall not be payable.
6. NO LIABILITY FOR AFFILIATE ACTIONS
Homeohub shall not be responsible for any actions, representations, commitments, or communications made by affiliates. Affiliates shall be solely responsible for their conduct and any claims arising from their actions.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Affiliates must not engage in misleading promotions, false claims, unauthorized commitments, or any activity that may harm the reputation of Homeohub. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of pending payments.
8. DATA AND PRIVACY
Affiliates shall not collect, store, misuse, or distribute any user data. All user data must be handled strictly in accordance with Homeohub policies.
9. PLATFORM RIGHTS
Homeohub reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict any affiliate account at its sole discretion without prior notice.
10. FINAL DECISION
All decisions related to affiliate approval, commission, disputes, and termination shall be made solely by Homeohub and shall be final and binding.
11. POLICY MODIFICATION
Homeohub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
