Coupons Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
This Coupon Policy governs the use of promotional coupons, discount codes, and offers provided by Homeohub Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Homeohub”). By applying or using any coupon, the user agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
2. APPLICABILITY
Coupons may be issued by Homeohub for promotional, marketing, or user engagement purposes and may be applied to eligible services or treatment packages as specified.
3. COUPON USAGE
A coupon can be used only once per user and per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one coupon can be applied to a single transaction. Coupons must be applied at the time of payment and cannot be applied retrospectively after the transaction is completed.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE
Any discount or benefit availed through a coupon shall be strictly non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, refund, or money-back claims, only the actual amount paid by the user shall be considered. The value of the coupon shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. PAYMENT CALCULATION
If a user purchases a service or package using a coupon, the final payable amount after applying the coupon shall be treated as the actual transaction value. In case of any refund eligibility, only this paid amount shall be refunded and not the original package value.
6. EXPIRY AND VALIDITY
Coupons are valid only for a limited period and must be used within the specified validity. Expired coupons cannot be used, reactivated, or extended under any circumstances.
7. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Coupons are non-transferable and intended for use only by the user to whom they are issued. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other monetary value.
8. MISUSE AND FRAUD
Homeohub reserves the right to cancel, reject, or invalidate any coupon in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of this policy. Users found engaging in such activities may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
9. PLATFORM RIGHTS
Homeohub reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any coupon or offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
10. FINAL DECISION
In case of any dispute related to coupon usage, eligibility, or application, the decision of Homeohub shall be final and binding.
