1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund and Money-Back Policy governs all refund requests and money-back claims made by users of the Homeohub platform. By availing any service, consultation, or treatment package, the user agrees to be bound by this policy.

2. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made to Homeohub are final and non-refundable unless specifically covered under this policy. Refunds shall only be processed in accordance with the conditions defined herein.

3. APPOINTMENT FEES

Consultation or appointment fees are strictly non-refundable. If a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation for any reason, no refund shall be provided. Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Homeohub subject to availability.

4. MONEY-BACK ELIGIBILITY

Money-back claims shall be considered only if all prescribed conditions are fulfilled. The user must complete the full treatment duration, follow all medical advice, attend scheduled consultations, and provide accurate information. Any deviation from prescribed treatment or instructions shall make the user ineligible for a refund.

5. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

The user must strictly adhere to the treatment plan, including medication, diet, and lifestyle instructions. Failure to comply with any instruction shall result in disqualification from money-back eligibility.

6. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT

Users must provide valid and verifiable evidence, including reports, images, or medical records, to support a claim of no improvement after completing the treatment. Homeohub reserves the right to evaluate such evidence.

7. EXCLUSIONS

Refund or money-back shall not be applicable in cases where treatment is discontinued midway, appointments are missed without proper rescheduling, instructions are not followed, or incomplete or incorrect information is provided. Refunds shall also not apply to adverse reactions, subjective dissatisfaction, or personal expectations not being met.

8. COUPON AND DISCOUNT EXCLUSION

Any amount availed through coupons, discounts, promotional offers, or free services shall not be eligible for refund. Refunds shall be calculated only on the actual amount paid by the user.

9. DEDUCTIONS

In case a refund is approved, the amount shall be processed after deduction of applicable charges including taxes, consultation fees, payment gateway charges, banking charges, documentation fees, courier or shipping charges, and any other operational costs.

10. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

For international users, all refunds shall be processed only in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversion differences, bank charges, and international transaction fees shall not be borne by Homeohub.

11. PAYMENT FAILURE DISCLAIMER

Payments made through third-party gateways shall be considered valid only after successful receipt in Homeohub’s account. In case of failed, pending, or stuck transactions, Homeohub shall not be responsible, and no services shall be provided until payment is successfully received.

12. DOCTOR AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

If treatment is discontinued due to non-compliance, patient behavior, or failure to follow the treatment plan, no refund shall be issued. If a practitioner is changed or services are modified due to operational reasons, the user shall not be entitled to a refund.

13. ABANDONED TREATMENT

A treatment shall be considered abandoned if the user fails to respond, attend consultations, or continue treatment for a reasonable period as determined by Homeohub. In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.

14. PROCESS AND TIMELINE

Refund requests must be submitted within the defined time period after completion of treatment. Homeohub reserves the right to evaluate and approve or reject requests at its sole discretion. Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable time.

15. FINAL DECISION

All decisions regarding refund eligibility, amount, and approval shall be made solely by Homeohub and shall be final and binding.

16. POLICY MODIFICATION

Homeohub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
