1. NATURE AND APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Homeohub platform. By accessing, registering, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with all applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. PLATFORM ROLE

Homeohub operates as a digital healthcare coordination platform that facilitates consultations, treatment programs, follow-ups, and healthcare services through a network of practitioners. Homeohub does not function as a hospital or directly provide medical treatment.

3. TELEMEDICINE CONSENT

By using the platform, you provide informed consent for telemedicine services in accordance with applicable laws including Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020. You acknowledge that consultations are conducted remotely and physical examination is not possible. You understand that technical issues may occur and that diagnosis depends on the accuracy of information provided by you.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Homeohub provides healthcare services including online consultations through video, audio, and chat, treatment programs, follow-up services, and medicine delivery where applicable. Services are limited to those explicitly stated at the time of purchase or booking.

5. NO PLATFORM DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

Homeohub acts solely as a facilitator. The doctor-patient relationship exists only between the practitioner and the patient. Homeohub is not a medical service provider.

6. PRACTITIONER RESPONSIBILITY

All medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment plans are provided independently by practitioners. Homeohub shall not be responsible for medical negligence, incorrect treatment, or any adverse effects arising from treatment.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users must provide accurate and complete information, follow medical advice, attend scheduled consultations, and refrain from misuse of the platform. Any failure to comply may result in restriction or termination of services.

8. APPOINTMENTS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointment fees are non-refundable. If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment, no refund shall be provided. Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of Homeohub subject to availability.

9. TREATMENT PACKAGES

Treatment packages are valid only for the specified duration and include only the services mentioned at the time of purchase. Medicines once delivered are non-returnable. In case of loss, damage, or misuse of medicines, replacements shall be chargeable.

10. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required before services are initiated. A payment shall be considered complete only when the full amount is received in Homeohub’s official account. If a transaction fails, remains pending, or is reversed, services may not be provided.

11. International Users

Users outside India may access services via telemedicine.Users are responsible for compliance with laws of their country.Refunds (if applicable) shall be processed only in INR based on amount received.

12. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

All payments shall be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion charges, banking fees, or international transaction costs shall be borne by the user. Refunds, if applicable, shall be limited to the INR amount received by Homeohub.

13. REFUND AND MONEY-BACK

Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Money-Back Policy. Users must comply with all conditions to be eligible.No substitue allows.

14. COUPON POLICY

Coupons and promotional offers may be applied subject to eligibility. Only one coupon may be used per transaction. Coupon value is non-refundable and cannot be applied retrospectively.

15. PLATFORM RIGHTS

Homeohub reserves the right to assign or change practitioners, modify treatment plans, cancel or reject treatment before initiation with refund, and suspend or terminate user access in case of policy violations.

16. TREATMENT LIMITATIONS

Services provided are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of emergency or serious condition, users must seek immediate in-person medical assistance.

17. DATA USAGE

User data may be used for treatment, operational purposes, analytics, and research in anonymized form in accordance with applicable policies.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Homeohub shall not be liable for treatment outcomes, medical complications, actions of practitioners, third-party services, or technical failures. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

19. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold Homeohub harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform, violation of policies, or inaccurate information provided.

20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Homeohub may suspend or terminate access in case of policy violations, fraudulent activities, or misuse of services.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

22. JURISDICTION

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

23. AMENDMENTS

Homeohub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
